Preparing to play college athletics is an investment in time and energy. Ideally, it is an effort expended over a period of years and not months. There is so much more to being able to compete in college athletics than the application process and performing well in games. Experiences accumulated over time play a critical role in determining your ability to compete at the next level. Being intentional early in the planning & recruitment processes is essential.
